进口冷冻精液细管规格及精液耗损率测定

摘　　要：对国内使用的 3家外国公司生产的 0 .2 5 m L剂型冷冻精液细管的规格、性能及精液耗损率进行测定。精液细管长度均为 1 33mm左右、棉塞封口段长度为 1 3～ 1 5 mm。 C公司生产新型精液细管的外棉塞段长而内棉塞段短 ;细管重量轻 ,细管壁较薄 ,管腔内径较均匀 ,内壁表面光滑 ,精液耗损率也较小 ;B公司和 C公司的封口粉隔水性能较强。The specification,the performane and the semen loss rate of the 0.25 mL frozen semen thin tubes produced by some abroad companies were measured.The length of all tubes was same as 133 mm,the length of the cotton stopper section ranges of 13～15 mm,in which the new type tubes produced by the C company,its outward cotton stopper was longer than in ward's,the tubes were more light and thin,the tube's inner face was more even and smooth,So the Semen loss rate was less.The water is olated functions of the seal powder produced by the B and C company were much stronger.
