中药软坚散结汤治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌30例

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药软坚散结汤治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效。方法 :治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 30例 ,均为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期 ,男 18例 ,女 12例。结果 :部分缓解 (PR) 11例 ,稳定 (NC) 14例 ,进展 (PD) 5例。总有效率 36 7% ,最短生存期为 5个月 ,最长生存期为 3 5年 ,中位生存率为 10个月。未见任何毒副反应。结论Objective :The effect of late non small cellular lung cancer(stages 3～4) treated by the traditional Ruanjian Sanjie decoction. Methods :Totally cure the night′s period non small cellular lung cancer 30 cases,all for 3～4 periods,female:12 Cases;male:18 Cases. Results :The part is alleviative:11 cases (PR);stability:14 cases (NC);5 cases of performance advance(PD).Total valid rate is 36 7%.10 month inner parts exists period,and not see any poison side effect.Period with Chinese herb medicine decoction can grow most to exist period 3 5 years,the most short exist the period 5 months. Conclusion :Ruanjian Sanjie decoction for treating late non small cellular lung cancer can make the validity and not have any poisonous side effect.
