摘 要:目的 研制复方利多卡因乳膏 ,并考察促渗剂对其经皮渗透的影响。方法 以 Franz扩散池和离体小鼠皮肤进行体外渗透试验 ,采用 HPL C法同时测定利多卡因和布比卡因的透皮量。结果 Azone可显著提高药物的透皮作用 ,2 %浓度时有最大促渗效果 ,与不含 Azone的乳膏相比 ,利多卡因和布比卡因的稳态渗透流量 ( J)分别提高1.99和 2 .11倍。结论 含 2 %AIM To develop the compound lidocaine cream containing lidocaine and bupivacaine and to study the effect of enhancers. METHOD The permeation of the cream was studied with Franz diffusing cell and mice skin. The amount of lidocaine and bupivacaine was determined by HPLC. RESULTS Azone can enhance markedly the lidocaine and bupivacaine through the mice skin. When the cream containing 2% Azone, the cream had the best permeation ratio through the mice skin. The steady-state percutaneous flows of lidocaine and bupivacaine in the cream containing 2%Azone were 1.99 and 2.11 times than those of them in the blank cream respectively. CONCLUSION The compound lidocaine cream containing 2% Azone will be an effective new preparation for clinics.
