益气清热胶囊治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察益气清热胶囊治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 243例2型糖尿病(气阴两虚证)患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均给予糖尿病饮食,治疗组口服益气清热胶囊每次3粒,3次/日,30日为1疗程,治疗3个疗程,对照组口服二甲双胍片0,5 g,bid。观察用药前后患者症状改善程度及空腹血糖、餐后两小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白改善水平。结果治疗组与对照组比较降糖效果无统计学差异(P>0.05),在改善临床症状方面效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气清热胶囊治疗2型糖尿病(气阴两虚证)综合临床疗效优于单纯西药组。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yi Qi Qing Re( YQQR) Capsules in treating type 2 diabetes. Methods 243 cases of type 2 diabetes( Qi and Yin deficiency) patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given a diabetic diet,oral YQQR treated every 3 capsules,3 times per day,30 days was a course,3 courses,while the control group was treated with metformin 0. 5 g bid. We observed before and after treatment in patients with symptom improvement and fasting glucose,twohour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin level of improvement. Results compare YQQR capsules hypoglycemic effect with the control group There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment( P > 0. 05). The effect of improving clinical symptoms was better than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion YQQR Capsules treatment of type 2 diabetes( Qi Deficiency)integrated clinical efficacy better than western medicine.
