半夏厚朴汤加减治疗慢性咽炎35例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察半夏厚朴汤加减治疗慢性咽炎的临床效果。方法 35例患者均给予半夏厚朴汤加减治疗。治疗2周后,观察疗效。结果治疗前后,35例患者中,治愈26例,好转7例,无效2例,总有效率为94.2%。结论半夏厚朴汤加减口服能够消除或改善慢性咽炎患者的症状,解除其身心痛苦,提高其生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Houpu Tang in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Method: 35 patients were treated with Banxia Houpu Tang. After 2 weeks,we observed curative effect. Results: After treatment,in 35 cases of patients, 26 cases were cured,7 cases were improved,2 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 94. 2%. Conclusion: Banxia Houpu Tang can eliminate or improve symptoms of chronic pharyngitis,relieve the pain of body and mind,improve their quality of life,which was worthy of clinical application.
