单个网塞充填耻骨肌孔区治疗腹股沟疝

摘　　要：报告巴德疝环充填补片治疗腹股沟疝的临床体会。方法:1999年11月～2002年4月,进行了76例改进的疝环充填式无张力疝修补术,包括原发疝70例,复发疝6例,病人平均年龄为66.3岁,NyhusⅢ型者占68.4%。手术统一采用单个网塞充填耻骨肌孔区,网塞基底将耻骨肌孔上区完全充满,网塞侧面将股环覆盖。结果:手术时间平均33.6min,网塞间断缝合平均11.6针,随访2～30个月,无一例复发。结论:充填式疝修补术可以治疗各型腹股沟疝,利用单个网塞和网片治疗巨大腹股沟疝、骑跨疝和复合疝是有效、可行的。Objective:To review the clinical experience of applying the PerFix plug in the treatment of groin hernias.Methods:A total of75patients with76groin hernias(70primary and6recurrent)underwent hernioplasty with the PerFix plug between November1999and April2002.The average age of the group was66.3years;68.4%of the cases belonged to Nyhus typeⅢ.The technique of filling the myopectineal orifice with one singe plug was used;The superior part of the orifice was filled by the base of the device,while the femoral ring was covered by the side of plug.Results:The average operative time was33.6min;The average number of interrupted sutures used to keep the plug in place was11.6.No recurrence was observed during the short follow up period.Conclusions:It is preferable to use the PerFix plug in the treatment of all types of groin hernia including the giant,then pantaloon type and the combined types of hernias.
