摘　　要：目的　探讨小儿艾滋病与肺炎之间的发病关系及诊治措施。方法　回顾性分析了中非某地区 93例小儿艾滋病合并肺炎的综合治疗过程。结果　 93例中 ,治愈 81例 ,治愈率 87 1% ,死亡 12例 ,死亡率 12 9%。Objective:To study the pathogenesis and treatment of pneumonia in children with AIDS. Method:Combined Modality therapy of pneumonia in 93 children with AIDS was analyzed retrospectively. Result:In this group,81 patients were cured with the curative rate was 87.1% and 12 were dead with the mortality rate was 12.9%. Conclusion:Rational use of general drug can achieve remarkable effect in treatment of pneumonia in children with AIDS.
