医院病床利用的DEA分析

摘　　要：以用数据包络模型对医院的病床利用状况进行回顾性评价,为各科室病床利用达到相对最好提供了具体方向,并就医院病床利用现状与国家等级医院标准相比较,对医院病床整体利用做了评价。评价结果与医院实际情况相符,证明DEA是一种评价医院病床利用状况的好办法。该研究是拓展DEA在医院管理中应用范围的一个尝试。This paper have a review of appraisement with data envelopment analysis for the use state of hospital sickbed, and offer a better specific direction relatively for the use of sickbed in each department. This study compare the using situation in this hospital with the national standard of grade hpspital, and makes a overall appraisement for use sickbed in this hospital. Appraisement result conforms to this hospital actual condition, and proof that DEA is a good kind of method for appraising using of hospital sickbed. This research is a try to unfold the application scope of DEA in hospital management.
