复方辛夷滴鼻液对慢性鼻炎鼻通气功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察复方辛夷滴鼻液对慢性鼻炎患者鼻通气功能的改善作用。方法 将40例慢性单纯鼻炎患者随机分成实验组、对照1组（呋麻滴鼻液组）和对照2组（生理盐水组）,用冷镜法测量各组病例给药前后鼻呼吸影面积数值,作统计分析。结果 实验组和呋麻滴鼻液组给药后影面积较给药前明显增大（P<0.01）;且大于生理盐水组给药后影面积（P<0.01）。结论 复方辛夷滴鼻液能有效改善慢性鼻炎患者鼻通气功能。Objective To investigate the effect of Compound Flos Magnoliae Naristillae (CFMN) on the ventilating function of nasal cavity with chronic rhinitis. Methods 40 cases with chronic rhinitis were randomly divided into 3 groups, 20 cases in treating group (TG) treated with CFMN, 10 cases in controlling group 1 (CGI) treated with 1% ephedrine and furacilin solution, and 10 cases in controlling group 2 (CG2) treated with normal saline only. Ventilating function of nasal cavity was valued by the method of cold mirror before and after treatment. Results The shadow area on cold mirror was significantly larger in TG and CGI than in CG2 (P< 0.01) after treatment. Conclusion CFMF can effectively improve the ventilating funtion of nasal cavity with chronic rhinitis.
