摘　　要：目的 通过对鼻敏合剂的毒理学研究,为临床安全用药提供客观依据。方法 实施小鼠急性毒性实验（半数致死量、最小致死量、最大耐受量）,小鼠骨髓细胞染色体畸变实验,小鼠骨髓细胞微核实验。结果 鼻敏合剂对小鼠的最小致死量>68g/kg;亚急性染毒未引起染色体畸变率和微核率升高。结论 服用鼻敏合剂是安全的。Objective To investigate the safety of Bimin Mixture (BM) through acute and subacute toxicity tests. Methods Toxicity tests were carried out on mice to measure LD50, MLD, maximal tolerance dose (MTD) and chromosomal aberration and micronucleus rates of marrow cells. Results MLD was>68g/kg, and there were no significant changes in chromosomal aberration and micronucleus rates following the toxicity tests on mice. Conclusion BM can be safely used in clinical practice.
