马蹄金下胚轴离体培养与植株再生

摘　　要：探讨了马蹄金 (DichondrarepensForst.)下胚轴离体培养的方法。在黑暗条件下种子萌发培养无菌苗 ,可迅速获得大量下胚轴 ,然后将下胚轴接种到MS + 0 .2mg L 2 ,4-D + 0 .5mg L 6-BA中可迅速获得大量愈伤组织 ,再用B5 + 2mg L 6-BA + 0 .2mg Lα -NAA作分化培养基出苗效果较好。The method of plantlet regeneration from hypocotyls in vitro culture of Dichondra repens Forst. was developed. The hypocotyls could grow quickly aseptically from seed germination in darkness, then a mass of calli could be induced from hypocotyls in vitro culture on MS medium supplemented with 0.2 mg/L 2,4-D and 0.5 mg/L 6-BA, the calli were transferred to B5 medium supplemented with 2 mg/L 6-BA and 0.2 mg/L α-NAA for regenerating.
