摘  要:JH含氯复方消毒剂为含三氯异氰尿酸与溴氯海因的片剂,含有效氯471g/kg。为了解其性能,进行了载体定量杀灭微生物试验、54℃存放稳定性试验、金属腐蚀试验。结果,以该剂含有效氯100mg/t溶液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用10min,以其含有效氯750 mg/L溶液对布片上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用20min,杀灭率均达100%;以其含有效氯1500mg/L溶液作用20min,能将不锈钢片表面HBsAg破坏。小牛血清对其杀菌效果有一定影响。以其含有效氯1500mg/L溶液浸泡72h,不锈钢、铜、铝和碳钢的腐蚀速率分别为0.0016、0.1980、0.6345、1.7843mm/a。该片剂置54℃存放14d,有效氯含量下降率为0.85%。该剂有一定杀灭微生物效果,性质较稳定,对多数金属有一定腐蚀作用。JH chlorine-containing compound disifectant is a disinfectant tablet containing trichloroisocyanuric acid and bromochlorohydantoin and contains available chlorine 471g/ kg. In order to know its properties, quantitative carrier germicidal test, 54℃ storing stability test and metal corrosion test were carried out. The results showed that the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to this disinfectant solution containing available chlorine 100 mg/ L for 10 min and spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on cloth strips exposed to its solution containing available chlorine 750 mg/ L for 20 min were 100%. Its solution containing available chlorine 1 500 mg/ L with a 20 minute contact time could destroy HBsAg on surface of stainless steel coupon. Calf serum had certain influence on its germicidal efficacy. The corrosion rates of stainless steel, copper, aluminum and carbon steel immersed in its solution containing available chlorine 1 500 mg/L for 72 h were 0.0016, 0.1980, 0.6345 and 1.7843 mm/a respectively. The availablechlorine content of this tablet decreased by 0.85% after storing at 54℃ for 14 days. This disinfectant has certain germicidal efficacy and certain corrosive effect on most metals. It is relatively stable.
