摘  要:为了解含芦荟凝胶、亚碲酸钠、金银花提取液及0.1%(g/ml)醋酸氯已定的复方消毒液(pH7.1)性能,进行了载体定量杀灭微生物试验、54℃存放稳定性观察、金属腐蚀试验与毒性试验。结果,以该剂原液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用5min,对布片上白色念珠菌作用10min,杀灭率均达99.90%以上,染布片大肠杆菌悬液含小牛血清50%(ml/ml)仍能被杀灭99.90%以上;该剂原液于54℃存放14d,作用10min仍能将布片上白色念珠菌杀灭99.92%。用该剂原液浸泡铝、铜、碳钢、不锈钢片72h,腐蚀速率≤0.0047mm/a。其原液对小鼠经口 LD50>5000mg/kg,蓄积系数K>5,对家兔皮肤、眼刺激反应积分值均为0。该剂为有一定杀灭微生物效果并受有机物影响较小的消毒剂,性质较稳定,对金属属于无腐蚀作用,属于实际无毒、无刺激性。In order to know the properties of compound disinfectant solution (pH 7.1) containing aloe gel, sodium tellurite, extract of Flos Lonicerae and 0.1 % (g / ml) chlorhexidine acetate,quantitative carrier germicidal test, 54℃ storing stability observation, metal corrosion testand toxicity test were carried out. The results indicated that the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to its stock solution for 5 min and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed for 10 min were over 99.90%. The killing rate of Escherichia coli contaminating the cloth strip with the bacterial suspension containing 50% calf serum (ml/ ml) was still higher than 99.90%. The stock solution of this disinfectant after storing at 54癈 for 14 days could still kill 99.92% of Candida albicans on cloth strip in 10 min. The corrosion rates of aluminum, copper, carbon steel and stainless steel coupons immersed in its stock solution for 72 hours were <0.0047 mm/ a. The mouse oral LD50 of its stock solution was >5 000 mg/ kg. Its cumulative coefficient K was >5 and rabbit skin and eye irritative reaction score was 0. This disinfectant has certain germicidal efficacy and is little influenced by organic substance. It is relatively stable, has no corrosive effect on metals and is non-toxic and non-irritating.
