老年人腹腔镜胆囊切除术306例分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗老年人胆囊良性病变的疗效。方法 :回顾分析 30 6例老年患者胆囊切除术的临床资料。结果 :30 6例中 ,慢性胆石性胆囊炎 2 73例 ,急性胆囊炎 6例 ,胆囊息肉 2 3例 ,其他 4例。治愈 2 97例 (97.0 6 %) ,9例发生并发症 (2 .94 %) ,无 1例死亡。结论 :只要选择好适应证和禁忌证 ,术前充分准备 ,术中术后严密监护 ,老年患者也能安全度过手术。Objective:To estimate the value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC)in the old with benign lesion of the gallbladder.Methods:The clinical data of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in 306 old patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among the 306 cases, there were calculous chocecystitis in 273 cases, acute cholecystitis in 6 cases, and polyps in 23 cases. 297 patients were cured (97.06%), complications occurred in 9 cases (2.94%) and no one died.Conclusions:With carefully prepare , correct indication, carefully monitor during and after the operation, laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a safe and feasible in the olderly.
