摘 要:目的探讨在人体肠道线虫病严重流行区行之有效的减少或控制传染源传播的防治方法。方法 1 998年开始在四川合江县白沙镇芦稿村采用复方阿苯达唑 3片顿服疗法进行冬季群体治疗 ,每年 1次 ,连续 3年 ,逐年观察肠道线虫感染变动情况。结果服药率 3年分别为 97.2 9%、91 .90 %、99.1 6%。停止治疗 1年后复查 ,钩虫感染率、平均 EPG及钩蚴性皮炎发生率分别下降 75 .0 4%、92 .0 8%、87.80 % ,蛔虫感染率下降 97.80 % ,鞭虫感染率下降 45 .42 % ,均呈逐年下降趋势。结论本文再次证明 ,群体治疗仍是目前切实可行的重要防治措施 ,复方阿苯达唑Objective To evaluate intestinal nematodiasis control effect of mass treatment with compound albendazole tablets for eliminating reservoir transmission. Method Mass treatment with single dose of 3 tablets of compound albendazole has been conducted in a hyper endemic village for successive 3 yaers since 1998 and surveillance on infection rates were made in different times. Results From 1998 to 2000, mass treatment rates reached 97.29%, 91.90% and 99.16% respectively. One year after the last mass treatment, the reduction rates of hookworm infection, average EPG, and the ground itch rate were 75.04%, 92.08%, 87.80% respectively, the Ascaris infection rate dropped by 97.80% while the Trichuris infection rate dropped by 45.42%. In general, the nematodiasis rate revealed declined tendency year by year. Conclusion The results indicate that mass treatment with single dose of 3 tablets of compound albendazole for successive 3 years is effective for controlling intestinal nematodiasis in hyper endemic areas.
