摘　　要：目的 :总结手汗症胸腔镜交感神经切除术的治疗经验。方法 :回顾分析胸腔镜治疗 9例手汗症的临床资料。结果 :9例手术均获成功 ,无中转开胸。 1例躯体出汗增加 ,无 1例手汗症复发。结论 :胸腔镜交感神经切除术治疗手汗症 ,疗效确切 ,是一种安全的手术方法。Objective:To explore the effect of thoracosopic sympathectomy in treating sweat gland diseases.Methods:9 cases with sweat gland diseases treated by thoracoscopic sympathectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All recovered and obtained successful result without thoracotomy. Among them. 1 patient had more sweat than before, no one relapsed.Conclusions:Thoracoscopic sympathectomy is accurate, suscepetive and safe in treating sweat gland diseases.
