人胎儿发生过程中PCNA在睾丸组织细胞的表达

摘　　要：目的 :观察人胎儿发生过程中 PCNA在睾丸组织细胞的表达特征 ,探讨 PCNA在睾丸发生中的作用。方法 :用 SP免疫细胞化学技术检测了人胎儿 12～ 32周睾丸间质细胞、支持细胞、生殖细胞 PC-NA阳性细胞表达率。结果 :PCNA在胎儿睾丸间质细胞、支持细胞、生殖细胞有不同程度表达 ,16～ 2 0周为表达高峰 ,阳性细胞核为桔黄色或棕黄色 ,随着胎龄的增长呈逐渐下降趋势 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :人胎儿发育过程中 PCNA在睾丸间质细胞、支持细胞、生殖细胞有不同程度的表达。Objective:To observe the expressing features of PCNA in testis and study its role during the development of human fetus.Methods:The positive rate of PCNA in Leydig cells,Sertoli cells and Germ cells of human fetal testis were examined from 12w to 32w by SP immunocytochemical technique.Results:There were different degree expression of PCNA in Legdig cells,Sertoli cell and Germ cells,the peak of expression was observed from 16w to 20w,positive nucleus was orange or brown,the number of positive cells decreased gradually with the growth of the fetus(P<0.01).Conclusion:There were different degree expression of PCNA in Legdig cells,Sertoli cells and Germ cells during the development of human fetus.
