大隐静脉高位结扎术的解剖学基础

摘　　要：目的 :为大隐静脉高位结扎术提供解剖学基础。方法 :应用 30具 (6 0侧 )成人尸体标本 ,对隐静脉裂孔、大隐静脉根部的局部解剖结构及大隐静脉属支变异情况进行了详细的观测。结果 :获取了隐静脉裂孔的形状、大小 ,隐股点的定位以及大隐静脉及属支等相关数据。结论 :本实验结果可为大隐静脉高位结扎术提供解剖学资料。Objective:To provide anatomical bases for high ligation of great saphenous vein.Methods:30 adult cadavers(60 sides)were used to closely observed the saphenous hiatus?the regional anatomical structures of great saphenous veins root and the mutational cases of great saphenous veins tributaries.Results:Data about the shape and size of saphenous hiatus, the location of saphenous-femoral junction,the great saphenous vein and its tributaries were obtained.Conclusion:This experimental study might provide anatomical materials for high ligation of great saphenous vein.
