摘  要:目的 :为股骨下端骨折钢板内固定及人工全膝关切置换术人工假体的设计、安装提供可靠的解剖学数据。方法 :对 2 0 0例 (左、右各 10 0例 )正常成人股骨下端上髁宽、侧髁宽等相关项目进行了观测。结果 :上髁宽为 7.80± 0 .4 2 cm,侧髁宽为 6 .2 4± 0 .33cm。股骨体下部最小正中矢径约为横径的 3/ 4。结论 :本文提供的数据在人工全膝关节置换术人工假体的设计、安装及股骨下端骨折钢板内固定中具有一定的参考价值。Objective:To provide a reliable anatomical data for internal fixation of molding steel plate used in mending the fracture of the femoral lower extremity and the design,installation of the artificial knee articulation in the total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods:The epicondlar bread,thcondylar breadth and other correlated factors were investigated on 200 cases (left 100,right 100) of normal adult femurs.Results:The epicondylar breadth was 7.80±0.42cm;the condylar breadth was 6.24±0.33cm.The minimum median sagittal diameter was about three quarters of the transverse diameter of the femoral lower extremity.Conclusion:In the article,a certain valuable referential data were provided for designing and for installating the artificial knee joint used in TKA as well as the internal fixation of molding steel plate in the fracture of femoral lower extremity.
