摘  要:哈依煤气厂现采用废水处理工艺为除油-脱酚-蒸氨-三段生物活性污泥处理系统,存在的主要问题有:预处理不稳;生物系统的抗冲击负荷能力差;污泥不增长;脱氮效果差;各生物处理单元的优势菌属没有本质区别,对有机物的降解不起至关重要的作用。根据上述问题及该厂煤气废水难降解有机物含量高、可生化性差的特点,本研究建议采用水解酸化—缺氧—好氧组合生物处理工艺作为技改方案。A three-step activated sludge process system of degreasing-dephenolizing-stripping ammonia is now being adopted to treat the wastewater produced by Hayi Coal Gasification Plant. Existing problems, such as unstable pretreatment, low resistance to shock loading, less sludge biomass, low efficiency in deni-trification and no difference in the dominant bacterial population in three biological treatment units.There is very little biodegradable organic matter in the wastewater, it has to be degraded by microbes. Therefore, a new process of hydrolysis-acidulation-anoxic and oxic oxidation is proposed with rational analysis presented in this paper.
