摘　　要：随着社会的发展,人们对城市的物质及精神要求越来越高。增强城市的特色,创造更适合人们居住的生活环境,是今后城市建设的目标。通过对哈尔滨城市建设的分析和展望,从几个方面探索了城市建设中创造印象性强、适居性强的城市的思路和设计理念。Enhancing the characteristic of the city and creating livable environment are the aims of the civil construction for the future. Through analyzing and looking forward to the civil construction of Harbin the idea and the design concept of enhancing city impression and creating livable environment are discussed.
