摘 要:采用系统仿真技术分析高层住宅施工中资源的利用率,包括塔吊、安装组、钢筋绑扎组,混凝土浇注组和木工组。对典型6d循环周期内施工过程进行模拟,结果表明,塔吊的利用率达到97%,因而,塔吊是十分重要的控制性资源,通过增加塔吊资源。循环周期可缩短为4d,钢筋绑扎组利用率依然较高,而其他组的利用率有所下降。研究可为合理安排施工计划提供理论依据。Utilization of resources including tower crane, installation gang, bar-fixing gang, concreting gang and carpenter gang in high-rise housing construction are analyzed by using simulation, and the construction process of 6-day cycle is simulated. The results show that the efficiency of tower crane reaches 97%. Hence tower crane is a very important resource. In addition, the sensitivity analysis indicates that cycle time can be shortened from 6-day to 4-day by increasing one tower crane. However, the utilization of installation, concreting and carpenter gang decrease except bar-fixing gang. The findings are conducive to planning a reasonable schedule in public housing construction.
