甘蓝型油菜显性核不育材料Shaan-GMS纯合两型系803AB的选育

摘　　要：以甘蓝型油菜显性核不育材料Shaan-GMS(Msmsii)与其恢复系96-803(msmsII)进行杂交,F_1自交,从育性分离的F_2家系中选可育株自交得F_3,从育性分离的F_3家系中选不育株同临保系84004(msmsii)进行测交,根据测交结果,在不育株测交F_1为全不育的F_3家系中,进行兄妹交,育成了纯合不育系803AB。DGMS (dominant genie male sterility) Shaan-GMS (Msmsii), used as female, was crossed with its restorer 96-803(msmsII). F2 were obtained by selfing F1. Fertile plants from F2 family lines, which fertility segregated, were selected to self. Male Pstrile plants of F3 family lines which fertility were segregated, were test-crossed with temporary maintainer 84004(msmsii). Based on the results of testcross with 84004, Sib-mating was made in F3 family lines in which F1 of ms plants with 84004 were all sterile. Using this method, homozygous ms line 803AB was developed.
