摘 要:利用应力应变动态试验测定了绿云梨的动态特性 ,发现在不同预加载荷、激振功率、成熟程度等条件下梨果实动态试验的弹性模量和相位角明显不同。在相同频率下 ,随预加载荷的增加弹性模量增加 ;在相同预载荷、激振功率和频率下 ,未成熟绿云梨的动态试验相位角较小 ,成熟绿云梨的相位角较大 ,未成熟绿云梨的动态试验弹性模量较大 。The article describes a dynamic method for measuring the elastic modulus and phase angle of pear over a range of frequencies. Experiments were conducted to measure the elastic modulus and phase angle, and their relationship with initial stress, vibration input and ripeness of pear. As expected, initial stress had a significant effect on the magnitude of the elastic modulus, but not on the phase angle. Vibration amplitude (power) had little effect on the elastic modulus and phase angle. Especially, the elastic modulus and phase angle were significantly influenced by ripeness of pear. The more ripeness was, the less elastic modulus and the bigger phase angle was. Therefore, it was proposed that the values of the elastic modulus and phase angle can be used to evaluate ripeness of pear.
