摘　　要：“两委合一”是近年来我国部分农村在实施村民自治的过程中创造出来的一种新体制。此体制的问世引起了学术界的极大关注和热烈讨论。笔者认为 ,在全国推广“两委合一”,不仅必要 ,而且可行。文章对在中国推广“两委合一”制的可行性问题作了全面深入的分析。Merging two organizations into one is a new system of the unity of the village Party branch and the village government,which was created in the course of implementing villager's autonomy in the parts of China's villages in recent years.No sooner did it come out than the system touched off maximal attention and discussion in the academic circles. This author considers that popularizing the new system in all parts of the country will be both necessary and feasible. This paper has proved the feasibility of popularizing the system in China's rural areas according to valid reasons.
