摘 要:【目的】明确哒螨灵对荔枝叶螨实验种群的亚致死效应,为荔枝叶螨综合防控提供理论依据。【方法】在室内利用生命表技术研究了哒螨灵亚致死剂量对荔枝叶螨成螨的影响。【结果】用哒螨灵亚致死剂量LC10和LC20处理后的荔枝叶螨F0代产卵受到抑制,产卵量分别减少了32.31%和47.62%,且LC20处理后的雌螨产卵期和寿命都明显缩短。F1代的卵、幼螨、前若螨和后若螨的历期与对照相比均无显著差异,但成螨期和雌成螨寿命均有所缩短,其中LC20处理后的成螨期缩短了5.37 d,雌成螨寿命缩短了10.58 d,与对照均有显著差异。LC10和LC20处理后,F1代内禀增长率(rm)分别为0.147 4和0.124 2,与对照(0.196 9)差异明显;世代平均周期(T)和种群倍增时间(Dt)均增加;净生殖率(R0)和周限增长率(λ)都有所降低。【结论】哒螨灵亚致死剂量对荔枝叶螨实验种群有明显抑制作用。【Objective】In order to provide the theoretical basis for integrated control of Oligonychus litchii,the sublethal effects of pyridaben on the experimental population of Oligonychus litchii were studied.【Method】The effects of sublethal dosage of pyridaben on adults of experimental population of Oligonychus litchii were tested by means of lifetables in laboratory.【Result】The results showed that the fecundity of female adults treated with pyridaben at two dosages(LC10and LC20) was reduced by 32.31% and 47.62%,respectively.The oviposition duration and longevity of LC20 were also reduced significantly.Th eduration of egg,larval,proto-nymph and deutonymph stages of F1 generation was not significantly different from that of the control,but the adult period and female longevity were shorter than that of the control.The adult period and female longevity of LC20 treatment were 5.37 d and 10.58 d shorter than that of thecontrol,respectively.After treated by sublethal concentration(LC10and LC20) of pyridaben,the intrinsi crates of increase(rm) were decreased from 0.196 9 to 0.147 4 and 0.124 2,the mean generation time(T)and population doubling time(Dt) were longer than those of the control,the net reproductive rate(R0) and finite rate increase were both decreased compared to the control.【Conclusion】The sublethal dosage of pyridaben could decrease the developmental rate of laboratory population of Oligonychus litchii.
