泽泻汤加味治疗痰浊阻遏型高脂血症55例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察泽泻汤加味治疗痰浊阻遏型高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将105例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组2组,治疗组55例采用泽泻汤加味治疗,对照组50例服用血脂康胶囊治疗,2粒/次,2次/d。治疗4周后,观察2组患者用药前后血清中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平以及临床证候积分的变化和临床疗效。结果治疗后血清TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C水平与治疗前比较,差异均有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后临床证候积分均较同组治疗前显著降低,2组比较差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组与对照组比较,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为94.55%,对照组为78.00%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论泽泻汤加味治疗痰浊阻遏型高脂血症临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zexie Decoction modified in treating hyperlipemia due to turbid phlegm stagnation. Methods 105 patients were randomly divided into treatment group( 55 cases)and control group( 50 cases). The treatment group was treated with modified Zexie Decoction while the control group was intervened by Xuezhikang Capsule,2 granules each time,twice daily. After 4 weeks,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in serum,integral of TCM syndrome and efficacy were observed. Results After treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C decreased,there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01). The integral of TCM syndrome also reduced in the same group,there was a significant difference( P < 0. 01). Compared the two groups,there was a significant difference( P < 0. 01). The total effective rate of treatment group was 9 4. 55%,while it was 78. 00% of control group,there was also a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment of modified Zexie Decoction is markedly effective for hyperlipemia. It's worth popularizing and a pplying.
