摘　　要：明清时期 ,山西典商长足发展 ,其数目之多、规模之大、分布之广 ,其他商帮难以比拟。文章主要论述了山西典商在蓬勃发展中所呈现的开设当铺多 ,从业人数众 ;北多南少 ,分布广泛 ;资本构成多样 ,实力雄厚 ;经营灵活 ,业务多元 ;内外治理 。From the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Shanxi was in full fashion. No other merchants could compete with them in terms of number, scale and distribution. The thesis mainly discusses the characteristics of Shanxi merchants such as many pawns and many merchants, distributing extensively, tremendous strength, flexible management, strict and efficient administration.
