摘　　要：绝对地租理论是马克思地租理论中最具特点的理论,不是“理论的赘瘤”。绝对地租与级差地租有差别,级差地租代替不了绝对地租。林地地租的实质是以林地地位质量和地利质量、林地生产力为自然基础所带来的利润,由林地经营权的垄断转化而来的。Absolute land rent is one of the most characteristic Marxism land rent theory,not a redundancy.There are differences between abso-lute rent and differential rent,which cannot be subsituted by the former.The essence of forest land rent is the benefit based on the quality of the land site and preservation,namely the land productive,The benefit is transformed into from the monopoly of forest land's management right.
