摘　　要：本文分析了湖南省矿业产业布局现状,以及目前产业布局中存在的主要问题和不足,提出了"五煤两化两核一气三综合"、"七锰五铁四钢不锈钢"、"一总三带四园六大基地"等矿业产业结构布局设想。为保障矿业产业布局落实,提出了找矿突破战略行动、矿产资源节约与综合利用、页岩气资源勘查开发综合利用、矿业经济园区建设等4个方面的实施部署措施。This paper summarizes the status of mining industry layout in Hunan, analyzes the main problems and shortcomings existing in the current industrial distribution, then puts forward a series of new ideas on mining industrial distribution including 'fi ve coal two chemical two nuclear one gas and three comprehensive utilization, seven manganese fi ve iron four steels and one stainless steel, one headquarters three band four parks and six bases' etc. In order to ensure implementation of the mining industry layout, and put forward four aspects of deployment steps, such as strategic action of prospecting breakthrough, mineral resources saving and comprehensive utilization, comprehensive utilization of the development of shale gas resources, and mining economic zone construction.
