摘  要:制备了伪狂犬病病毒囊膜蛋白免疫刺激复合物(ISCOM)。在电镜下呈典型笼状结构,直径约为40nm。其中抗原成分经SDS-PAGE电泳只出现一条带。用所制备的ISCOM10g为一头份免疫兔,中和抗体的最高效价为1:45,ELISA抗体效价最高可达1:128,两者均高于相同头份的亚单位疫苗、灭活疫苗及弱毒疫苗。ISCOM免疫兔后,攻击100LD50闽A株强毒,保护率为100%。Viral envelope ISCOM against pseudorabies was produced and its morphology was observed with theelectron microscopy. The result revealed that the complexes formed a typical cage-like structure with 40 nmdiameter. By SDS-PAGE electrophrosis, Pseudorabies-ISCOM has a band of 67 ku. When the efficacy of ISCOMwas tested, the NT titre was induced up to 1:45 while the ELISA titre was up to 1:128, both of which were higherthan inactivated oil adjuvant vaccine, subunit vaccine and living attenuated virus vaccine. After injected with 10 gISCOM , all of rabbits can be protected after exposuring to virulent Min A PRV strain.
