摘　　要：本文记述了玫烟色拟青霉 (Paecilomyces fumosoroseus)在 6种不同固体培养基上进行三级扩大培养的方法及培养性状 ,其中以麦麸和米糠混合的固体培养基产孢量可达 2 83亿 / g。该菌在这种培养基上产孢量大 ,容易生长 ,且该培养基经济实用 ,容易得到。判断该培养基为优良培养基。This paper describes the culture method and culture character of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus in six different solid culture materials. The fungus is easy to culture on the solid culture material, containing bran and chaff, yielding large quantity of spores. The economical and practical material of the culture medium is easy to be got, it is eveluated to be an excellent culture medium.
