摘　　要：本文立足我国全面推进不动产统一登记制度建设的背景环境,首先提出了开展不动产登记管理信息化建设面临的一系列难点问题以及这些问题产生的原因与带来的影响;然后以瑞典为例对瑞典不动产登记管理信息化建设做了近景式全貌描述,并对其系统建设、数据管理、信息服务等方面的主要成就进行了分析;最后通过对比借鉴,给出了我国不动产登记信息化瓶颈问题的解决思路。Based on the background of establishing the real estate system of the registration unified in our country with comprehensive promote, this paper firstly proposes a series of bottleneck problems encountered by its development, with causes and consequences, and then a close landscape description of Swedish situation on information technology established on the real estate registration system has been presented with analysis of main achievements of system construction, data management, information services and other aspects. Finally by comparing the reference, the train of thought to solve the bottleneck problems has been proposed in this paper.
