摘　　要：本文结合河南省国土资源"十二五"期间的信息化建设经验和"十三五"时期面临的形势,提出了河南省国土资源信息化"十三五"总体思路和设想,并重点阐述了四项重点建设内容。By combining the experience of information establishment in the land and resources of Henan province during the period of the 12 th five-year plan and the situation we are facing in the period of the upcoming 13 th five-year plan, this article presents the general mentality and plan of informatization in land and resources of Henan province in the 13 th fiveyear plan, and emphasizes on the four keys of the establishment content.
