摘　　要：耕地占补平衡是我国耕地保护的一项基本制度,开展耕地占用与补充信息化监管是实现我国耕地保护的重要手段。本文通过对耕地占用和补充的业务分析,介绍了耕地占用、补充全流程信息化监管的内容、技术路线和特点,对各节点进行了分析,形成了较为系统的耕地占用和补充信息化监管体系。thebalance of cultivated landoccupancy and supplement is an elementary regimeof country to protect ourfarmland; the practice of supervision management with information technology over the balance of cultivated land occupancy and supplement is an important method to protect the arable land. Based on the businessanalysis ofcultivated land occupancy and supplement, this paper introduces the contents, technical route, and characteristics of the whole process regarding the information supervision to the farmland occupancy and supplement. Each node of content has been analyzed in this paper in order to formthe supervision system in the farmland occupancy and supplement.
