摘 要:用转移能力及其它生物学特性不同的2个人肺腺癌细胞系免疫BALB/c小鼠,制备出一组可与人肺腺癌细胞发生特异性反应,而与其它脏器肿瘤组织无交叉反应的单克隆抗体。经初步鉴定,其中的3个单抗分别识别低转移或高转移肺腺癌细胞系表面抗原。A group of monoclonal antibodies ( McAbs ) against human lung adenocar-cinoma cells were obtained by using high-metastatic human lung adenocarcinoma cell line Anip 973 and its low-metastatic parent line AGZY-83-a for immunization of BALB/c mice. Preliminary characterization showed that, among these McAbs, HILh-4 reacted specifically with Anip 973 whereas both HIL1-5 and HIL1-10 reacted with AGZY-83-a and LTEP-a-1. Cross absorption assay demonstrated the distinction of surface antigens between high- and low metastatic tumour cell lines. The relationship between these molecules and the cells' metastatic potency needs further study in future.
