西海固地区避灾农业生态模式的初步研究

摘　　要：西海固地区传统的农业发展模式严重制约着当地农业经济的持续发展 ,干旱灾害又是该区域农业发展的最大障碍。在实践经验和政策背景下 ,基于避灾农业的特征内涵 ,构建了避灾农业生态模式 。Traditional agricultural model seriously restricts agricultural sustainable development in Xihaigu region. Arid calamity is the biggest barrier to agricultural economy.The eco model of avoiding calamity agriculture is built based on the experiment, policy and characteristic of agriculture. Furthermore, countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of avoiding calamity agriculture.
