摘 要:采用砂培和盆栽试验法研究了辣椒不同品种对钙吸收累积的基因型差异以及生产富钙型辣椒的调控技术原理和方式。研究结果表明 ,在不同供钙水平下 (2 .5 mmol/L、5 .0mmol/L、7.5 mmol/L )辣椒果实钙含量的品种间差异显著 ;按辣椒果实钙累积量及随供钙水平的变化趋势 ,以变幅百分指数为量化指标可将其划分为钙不敏感型、钙敏感型和增钙潜力型三种基因型 ;不同施钙方式、施钙浓度、施钙时期、植物激素及添加剂应用等调控方式对增加辣椒果实钙含量具有重要作用和意义。The differences of calcium uptake and accumulation of 6 pepper genotypes were studied through experiments of cultivation in sand and soil. Results showed that the differences of calcium content in the pepper fruits were significant among the genotypes when supplied with different levels of calcium (2.5 mmol/L, 5.0 mmol/L and 7.5 mmol/L). According to the calcium accumulations in pepper fruits and the variation tendency with different supply levels of calcium, using variation range percentage indices as indicators, 6 genotypes were divided into 3 classes, i.e. tolerant genotype, susceptible genotype and genotype with potentiality to increase calcium content. The effects of regulation methods such as different calcium application ways, calcium application times and calcium application concentrations, as well as application of plant promoting substances and additives on increase of the calcium content in pepper fruit were studied, which provides theoretical basis for establishment of the technical systems for producing calcium-rich pepper.
