升白冲剂对肺癌化疗后白细胞减少症的疗效

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药升白冲剂对肺癌患者化疗后白细胞升高的效果。方法 :选择复治的非小细胞肺癌 60例患者 ,用药前均有白细胞低下。随机分为治疗组 (3 2例 ,化疗同时服用升白冲剂 )和对照组 (2 8例 ,化疗同时服用安慰剂 )。结果 :升白疗效总有效率治疗组为 78.1% ,对照组为 5 7.1%。两组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论Objective: It is to study the increasing leukocyte effects of Shengbai Granule on lung cancer with leukopenia induced by chemotherapy. Methods: Sixty patients with leukopenia and non-small cell carcinoma of the lung were divided into two groups. Treatment group were treated with Shengbai Granule and control group were treated with placebo during chemotherapy. Results: The increasing leukocyte effective rate of treatment group was 78.1% and that of the control group was 57.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Shengbai Granule has obvious effects on lung cancer with leukopenia induced by chemotherapy.
