摘　　要：2 1世纪是信息时代 ,读者对图书馆服务工作的要求越来越高 .高等学校图书馆的服务工作必须有相应的调整 ,应进一步加强读者的需求研究 ,完善信息咨询服务 ,深化读者的教育工作 ,提高图书馆工作人员的素质 .The 21st century is information times, the readers' demands are more and more strictly. So the service to the readers should be adjusted to the demands, such as strengthening the study on the specialty of the readers demands,inproving informational consultation,training readers' ability,and raising quality of staff of library etc.
