摘  要:为观察面神经后核内侧区对呼吸及呼吸时相的影响 ,并了解其作用机制 ,分别暴露家兔延髓腹面侧和背面侧 ,切断双侧迷走神经 ,记录一侧膈神经放电作为呼吸指标 ,观察机械损毁面神经后核内侧区(mNRF)对呼吸的影响 .结果 :(1)动物在自主呼吸时 (n =8) ,轻触压延髓腹侧表面舌下神经根部 ,家兔呼吸立即停止 ;(2 )自主呼吸下 ,从延髓腹面侧机械损毁双侧mNRF ,家兔 (n =6 )自主呼吸和膈神经放电在 2min内同时停止 ,并不可恢复 ;(3)从延髓背面侧机械损毁双侧mNRF ,家兔 (n =2 2 )自主呼吸仍存在 ,但呼吸频率显著变慢 ,TI 和TE 延长 ,但以TE 的延长极为显著 .对上述各损毁点做组织学检查 ,其均在mNRF内 .结果提示 :mNRF与呼吸节律的发生有密切关系 。To investigate the effects of mechanic lesion in the medial region of nucleus retrofacials in respiratory and respiratory phase, and to understand its mechanism, we have performed experiments on anesthetized and vagotomized rabbits. The medulla of rabbits were exposed from ventral to dorsal cervical surface, the phrenic nerve discharges were monitored, and the effects of mechanic lesion or focal block in the medial area of nucleus retrofacials (mNRF) on respiratory were observed. The results were as follows: (1) Rabbits were in spontaneous respiration ( n =8), and the reversible apnea happened in all rabbits as soon as the spot of hypoglossal nerve roots on mesulla ventral surface was touched lightly. (2) The rabbits still were in spontaneous respiration ( n =6) after the bilateral mNRF were mechanically destroyed ,spontaneous respiration and the phrenic nerve discharges stooped meanwhile within 2 minutes in all rabbits, and stooped respiratory couldnt recover. (3) Following mechanic lesion in bilateral medial region of nucleu retrofacials from dorsal cervical surface of medulla, the rabbitss respiration still exist, but its respiratory frequency was notably slow, T 1 and T E were prolonged, but T E was prolonged more markedly.
