摘  要:旋转培养优于静置培养,它不仅表现在可形成细胞单层的面积大,单层细胞的产量高,单位面积所需的培养液(维持液)少,而且细胞生长的速度较快,细胞形成单层的时间较短,接种病毒后收获的病毒滴度也相应较高,它适宜于疫苗工厂化生产。Three methords of enlarging culturse of CIK cell and FRV are comparied. It shows that the whirling culture is superior to the still culture,not only because the outputs of the cell sheet is much increased due to enlarging the areas on which CIK cells grow, but because the surrounding is so profitable to the cell that they multiply rapidly. Furthermore virus titre is far higher after inoculated the cell sheet of the whirling cultuer than the still culture. This methord is suitable for industrial production of the vaccine.
