摘  要:循环流化床燃烧技术是目前商业化程度最好的清洁煤燃烧技术,成为燃煤锅炉的重要发展方向之一。随着技术的成熟,容量不断增加,已经从工业锅炉、中小容量电站锅炉发展到大型电站锅炉。已经成功投运若干台200~300 MW,比较可靠的设计已经达到600 MW。其运行的可靠性很大程度上取决于耐火材料的稳定性。介绍了循环流化床锅炉大型化现状、我国的循环流化床锅炉概况以及循环流化床锅炉对耐火材料的要求。CFB combustion technology, up to now, is the most commercial clean coal combustion technology, and becomes one of the most important developing directions for coal-fired boiler. With the development of technology, the capacity increases continually, from the industrial boiler, medium capacity utility boiler to large one. Several 200MW to 300MW CFB boilers have been put into operation and the design of 600MW CFB boiler is reliable too. The operating reliability will depend on the stability of refractory material significantly. It introduces the status of scaling-up of CFB boiler, the general situation of CFB boiler in China and the request of refractory materials.
