摘　　要：在机车车辆的各种生产技术中,焊接接合技术是最基本的制造技术之一。本文前半部分论述了机车车辆转向架的典型焊接工艺,从制作顺序、侧梁及横梁的组装到转向架的组装,介绍了新型电弧焊接法在转向架制作中的应用。后半部分主要阐述机车车辆焊接接合技术的发展。着重介绍了电弧焊、电阻点焊等熔焊在不锈钢车辆制造中的应用、摩擦搅拌焊(FSW)在铝合金车辆制造中的应用以及为适应列车提速,铝合金蜂窝板车体结构在轻量化车辆制造中的应用。Welding operation is one of the most fundamental manufacturing processes for locomotive and rolling stock.The first half of this paper reviews the typical welding processes for bogies,from fabricating procedures,assembly of side beam and cross beam to bogie assembly,and presents the use of novel arc welding process in bogie manufacture,while the second half introduces the applications of arc welding and resistance spot welding in the production of stainless steel wagons,FSW techniques in the manufacture of aluminum wagons and aluminum honeycomb panel structures in the fabrication of light weight rolling stock.
