摘　　要：一前言石墨模作为无氧铜杆的引模,在上引连铸操作过程中,将建立比较稳定的结晶条件。石墨模性能将影响无氧铜杆及其制品的质量和生产效率。采用普通石墨制做的石墨模性能较低,使用效果较差。采用本试验提供的石墨模,性能较好,使用效果显著。本文主要阐述本试验提供的石墨模的试制、试验及结果情况。二工艺设计及性能分析石墨模的主要作用是建立比较稳定的结晶条件。熔融铜的相变条件,将影响无氧铜杆的内部结构和性能。同时,熔融铜结晶成铜杆。Graphite die for pull-up continuous casting of the oxygen-free copper rod is a kind of the mechanical graphite. The graphite die is an key part to continuous casting. The properties of the graphite die will be of great concern to the quality of oxygen-free copper rod and its product output rate. In this paper the development of graphite die for pull-up continuous casting and its reasult of experiments are explained.
