摘 要:以发酵酶解液中总糖、芦丁、槲皮素含量为实验分析指标来确定槐米残渣固体发酵生产畜禽饲料生产工艺。实验结果表明:黑曲霉槐米残渣固体发酵的最佳工艺条件为接种量4%,发酵酶解p H 5.5,温度35℃,时间5 d。槐米残渣经发酵酶解的总糖量高于未经发酵酶解的总糖量60%以上,槲皮素含量高于65%以上。槐米残渣经黑曲霉发酵酶解可作为抗菌、消炎畜牧营养饲料。This study was performed to determine a solid fermentation production of livestock and poultry feed production process using the Sophora japonica residue. The experimental analysis indicators were total sugar, rutin and quercetin in the enzymolysis liquid fermentation. As Sophora japonica residue after enzymolysis by the Aspergillus niger was the experimental materials, the optimal technological conditions were as follows:inoculation quantity was 4%, p H was 5.5, temperature was 35℃ and the fermentation time was 5 d. After the enzymolysis, the total sugar and quercetin were respectively higher 60% and 65% compared to the Sophora japonica residue without enzymolysis. The results showed that Sophora japonica residue after enzymolysis by the Aspergillus niger could be used as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory livestock feed nutrition.
