摘  要:本实验对毛尖紫萼藓进行60℃高温处理,研究高温胁迫对毛尖紫萼藓生理生化指标的影响。试验结果显示,毛尖紫萼藓的脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量,随着胁迫时间的延长,呈先升后降趋势;其可溶性糖和叶绿素含量呈下降趋势。在一定的时间下解除胁迫后,毛尖紫萼藓能够出现生长可恢复的现象。因此,本试验结果能够证明毛尖紫萼藓对60℃高温有抗性,短期高温对其伤害是可逆的。The aim of this experiment is to study effects of high temperature stress of 60℃ on the physiological and biochemical characteristics in Grimmia pilifera. The results showed that the content of proline, soluble protein and malondialdehyde content, with the extension of time, at first is high and low then. The soluble sugar and chlorophyll content declined. Removed after the stress under a certain amount of time, it restores growth.Combining the above analysis results, in the process of 60℃ high temperature stress, G. pilifera can through the accumulation of osmotic regulation substances to improve the resistance of plants to adapt to the high temperature;After the relieve of the stress, it can appear the phenomenon of growth restore, in a certain period of time, 60℃high temperature of G. pilifera does not cause irreversible damage. The experimental results can prove G. pilifera has resistant to 60℃ high temperature, and the damage of the short-term high temperature on it is reversible.
