摘 要:瘢痕是人体在创伤修复过程中的必然产物,而增生性瘢痕是皮肤在创伤修复过程中成纤维细胞过度增生的表现。本研究的目的是探讨micro RNA-150在皮肤增生性瘢痕组织结构中的表达情况。本研究通过HE染色显示正常皮肤组织和增生性瘢痕的结构差异与病变的形态结构特点;利用Masson染色鉴别增生性瘢痕中胶原纤维和肌纤维的组织形态;进一步原位杂交检测皮肤增生性瘢痕micro RNA-150的表达。原位杂交分析显示,按着色细胞染色强度分为:高表达记为(+),未表达和低表达记为(-)。micro RNA-150的表达在增生性瘢痕和正常皮肤组织中的表达有统计学意义。原位杂交分析结果提示,micro RNA-150可能参与了增生性瘢痕的发生、发展,并随着增生性瘢痕的演进呈下降趋势。Scar is the inevitable product of the human body in wound healing, and hypertrophic scar is the fibroblast hyperplasia performance of skin in the process of wound healing. Our aims did attempt to study the expression status of micro RNA-150 on the tissue structure of hypertrophic scar. In this study, we display the shape and lesions structure differences between normal skin and hypertrophic scar by HE staining and identify the collagen fibers and muscle fiber in hypertrophic scar tissue morphology by Masson staining. Further in situ hybridization detection of micro RNA-150 expression in hypertrophic scar skin. In situ hybridization analysis showed that according to the staining intensity of coloring cell, high expression marked as(+), no expression and low expression marked as(-). micro RNA-150 expression in hypertrophic scar and normal skin tissues has statistical significance. ISH on hypertrophic scar tissue sections suggest that micro RNA-150 expression is downregulated during the development and progression of hypertrophic scar.
