摘　　要：文章分析了当前我省农业科技的现状和制约因子 ,提出了“十五”期间发展农业科技的思路 。This paper analyses the current situation and restricted factors of Shanxi agricultural science and technology,poses the thought of developing agricultural science and technology during 'the tenth five-year plan'and expounds several measures about building new type of innovation system of agricultural science and technology.
