硝普钠对充血性心力衰竭患者血小板聚集功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨硝普钠 (SNP)对充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者血小板聚集功能的影响。方法　将我院 30例CHF患者随机分为SNP组 (12例 )及硝酸甘油 (NIG)组 (18例 ) ,分别给予SNP5 0mg、NIG2 0mg均加入 5 %葡萄糖溶液 2 5 0ml中静滴。于静滴结束前同时采血测定血小板聚集率。聚集诱导剂为二磷酸腺苷 (ADP)、肾上腺素 (EN)及胶原 (Coll)。结果　两组患者用药前各种诱导剂所致血小板聚集率间差别均无显著性意义 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而用药后差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论　应用SNP对CHF患者具有抗血小板作用 ,而NIG则无此作用。CHF患者应用扩血管药物纠正心力衰竭时选择SNP有助于血栓栓塞并发症的防治。Objective To investigate the effect of sodium nitroprusside(SNP) on platelet aggregation in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods Thirty patients in our hospital were divided into two groups:SNP group (n=12) and NIG group (n=18).Patients were given either SNP(50mg/250ml) or NIG(20mg/250ml)intravenously.Blood samples were collected before and after the treatment.Platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP,EN or Coll were measured in both groups and the data were analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in platelet aggregation rate induced by ADP?EN and Coll between two groups before treatment(P>0 05),while there were significant differences after treatment(P<0 001).Conclusion Administration of SNP in the treatment of CHF may be beneficial to the prevention of thromboembolic complications in patients with CHF.
